Unbeatable very central location, adjacent to KL Sentral which is convenient to visit other places. Nice building and rooms with wifi.

It is a basic but comfortable hotel with a good location...easy access to pubic transport. They also have a cafe right next door with good food and very friendly staff.

We had an early flight and requested a taxi to pick us up at 5.30am but the staff said that they couldnt do that. Told us to walk out to the roadside where there were taxis available. But later they called us to say they could arrange a van to take us to the airport which costs too much and Im sure they got a commission if someone used that transport. Very bad attitude.

Extraordinary and comfy hotel located right by main train station, restaurants and Nu Sentral Mall as well as KL Sentral train station and Malaysia. Charming little and well-maintained rooms provided with WiFi, extra space. Had the best location to the airports, near Surau Istana Negara.

Great location for our trip to Little India Market, just a short walk from here. Lots of tasty food choices around here! 🍲

The environment around the hotel is not quite clean.

we choose the hotel coz location was near to kl central. our flight was in morning time so we can catch the early bus to lcct. comfort bed and clean.

even have wifi service but not strong and the tv channel was not clear.

The place was clean and PERFECT, it had smart and efficient staff from check-in to check-out. the breakfast at reasonable prices. - the location was particularly good - near eateries and coffee store. - Went to city center, located not too far from the hotel.

They let us check in with no extra cost eventhou we arrived there at 5am, all the staff are friendly, informatif and helpful. I like the location is so near kl sentral station ,we choosen this hotel for transit as we gonna take airport bus in kl central the next morning

Overall, everything was well-kept during my 3-night stay here. the location is super convenient, close to the main train station 🚉. the rooms come with wifi, which is a nice touch.

Mainly convinient localisation - 5 mins by walk from kl Sentral station. Perfect connection to almost whole city. Quite close to main attractions by walk - ca. 35-40 mins. Price is very attractive but it's not comparable to room standard.

There was no shower cabin - during taking the shower whole bathroom was wet! It was also hard to find hotel - because there is three or four same branches on same street with same logo but different name and you need to know which one is exactly yours. Last most craze thing was that they don't charge cc after midnight till 7:00am!!! If you got late flight you definetly need to get cash for whole reservation because they don't like to charge by cash just for first night - also ATMs doesn't work during the night in this area. After strong negotiation and decision about hotel changing to different one they give me a chance to pay on the morning.

Overall, the staff is quite polite except the lady at the reception is not so nice. After the room service, the hotel did not provide us back enough towel.

Convenient location right in the city center. Close to a large shopping mall 🛍️ and easily accessible to the main hub. Plenty of delicious breakfast options available.

- The location is nice because it's very near to KL sentral can get to hotel by walking. - I like the hotel design, cleaness, staffs really helpful and service mind. - Easy to find foods they open almost 24 hours. There are so many restaurant which good taste food and minimart.

- It's better suit to family without kids as you'll need to walk to KL sentral almost 1 Kilometer it doesn't look so far for adult but for kids they'll get tired. -And on that road at night it looks a bit dangerous for ladies .You'll see kinda gangster people and prostitutes around also.
